The Paradigm Shift

We live in a very challenging and exciting time. Change is happening everywhere and people are questioning what used to be accepted as the ‘norm’, on a large scale. Human consciousness is waking up. Science (particularly Quantum physics) is providing those who want to listen, with a wealth of data to help us understand our holographic connection with all creation. It is providing us with information to understand; not only how energy works, but how it affects all other energy. It is encouraging us to rethink our understanding of how the Creator expresses Itself. It is also challenging us to rethink many aspects of our human evolution.

Much of this new information contradicts many of our traditional beliefs. We can expect the ‘old school’ of thought to fight this revolutionary approach to understanding our relationship with our Creator. Many people feel threatened by change because it takes them out of their comfort zone. The main resistance to change is because we are reluctant to let go of the fast fading paradigm of 3rd dimensional duality thinking. A paradigm where right and wrong exists! It makes sense that any authority will defend its beliefs under this old system because to be proved to be wrong is likely undermine everything associated with their (often) many years of study and research. I will give an example of this! Much research data now exists that overwhelmingly supports the belief that humans have been around for tens of thousands of years. This is contrary to traditional beliefs that humans have only existed for a few thousand years. Let us use the pyramids for an example. The studies of their geology, the residual recordings of climatic effects, how the very heavy stones were moved and then carved with incredible precision, the highly technically advanced artifacts found, the science behind the seemingly random different locations.

There is a wealth of information coming from several different Sciences and ancient records that all point towards highly evolved and technically advanced cultures. More recently; high tech. marine surveys of the Khambhat gulf off the west coast of India have revealed what looks like whole cities that are now submerged up to 40 meters deep. Some of the new scientific methods for the dating of artifacts; indicate that objects recovered from the sites support the existence of civilisations over 30,000 BCE. This dates them back before the last ice age melted away. These are just two examples of a huge amount of research supporting the concept that life was not how we have been lead to believe it was.

Now we have a new phenomenon evolving that challenges the way we think life is! ;The relationship and interaction between human and universal consciousness. Recent scientific data from different areas of research is measuring consciousness (I.e. Google - global coherence initiative). This type of information has the potential to show us how our thought energy affects all of creation. It has the ability to give us a real and tangible understanding of how the ‘Electro-Magnetic’ energy of our thoughts and emotions create measurable outcomes and effects. Science has shown us that we are made up of units of energy in the form of subatomic particles. These particles are in turn made up of two units; one is ‘electo’ and the other is ‘magnetic’ (E.M.). All creation is formed from these two units. Research is also showing us how our thoughts and emotions are emitting E.M. units that intertwine with all other thoughts and emotions to create a measurable ‘Human Consciousness’. Special ‘Monitors’ that are placed around the world are providing measurable data regarding this phenomenon. Likewise monitors can also measure localised consciousness (in the local area). Humans can now see the affect that combined thought is having on events and even matter. It is possible to see the ‘hologram affect’ occurring in real time. This research is also showing us how little we understanding of ourselves and our relationship with mother earth and beyond.

One of the new paradigms is that everything is a form of E.M. energy and all energy is connected and affected by all other energy. The Creator is the source of this eternal energy supply. However; the Creator exists in a pre-creative state therefore the Energy of the Creator is not affected by anything that has been created i.e. E. M. Units. In other words; our thoughts can affect creation but cannot affect the Creator. Negative thoughts create lower vibrating units of E.M. whilst positive thoughts create a higher vibration. Negative thoughts (including neg. Karma) continue to generate negative energy in our individual energy field. This effectively keeps our vibration lower. Some people are raising their consciousness (vibration) whilst others resist the flow-on (hologram) affect of the energy emitted from these beings. Free will and choice allows them to resist.

A deep divide is emerging between the two fields of energy, creating a great conflict. If and when a dimensional shift occurs; mother earth will jump one whole dimension (or octave in sound) and only those people vibrating within a certain E.M. range will be compatible to the energy shift. The others will not be able to absorb the shift in their energy field and will be left in the 3rd dimension. A new paradigm is forming where science is helping us understand our Spirituality.

Peace

Peace : the Collins dictionary describes peace as ‘the state existing during the absence of war’ as well as a ‘state of harmony’ and ‘the absence of mental anxiety’. The common denominator of these three explanations is that peace is experienced when there are no ‘opposing forces’ creating a conflict, whether it is an outer or inner experience.

It is our ability to find the balance between these two opposing forces that creates harmony which in turn leads to a peaceful state. Balance Harmony Peace One of the ways by which we experience the third dimensional reality of the earth plane is through duality energy. This energy creates opposite polarities or opposing forces of energy. It is our inability to understand and process the energies behind these two forces that creates much of our imbalance and disharmony. It takes wisdom to be able to see the deeper purpose behind any imbalance and anyone who can do this will be displaying a high level of awareness or consciousness. When any energy is out of balance, it is because one polarity is stronger than it’s opposite.

The only way to achieve harmony is to balance the two out. It is easy to understand that anger can be balanced out by applying love but the Universal laws apply to both sides. This means that an overcharge of love will bring with it the ‘potential’ for its opposite also. Many people do not understand this principle and get wounded by the opposite energy that they create when they love somebody. Confused? Well please hang in there! Humans have made this subject very confusing because they do not seek to fully understand the difference between ‘conditional’ and ‘unconditional’ love. The ‘human aspect’ of ourselves is third dimensional and therefore it is lives within and is subject to the laws of duality and opposites. One side cannot exist without its counterpart. Love and fear could not exist without each other and therefore we need both. They provide us with reference points so as we can make comparisons and choices that will help us spiritually evolve through the third dimension to the next. It is through the choices we make in regard to these two forces that displays or reflects our level of consciousness. Our humanness seeks to give and receive love and it loves to be loved. It usually looks outside of itself to find love and when it finds love, the by-product creates a state of harmony and so peace is experienced. This peaceful state is held so long as the love continues to flow. It is easy to see that we could become dependent on this external supply of love in order to have peace in our lives. If the supply chain breaks, we become stressed and our peace is broken! This type of love has conditions attached to it (conditional).

Our spiritual self is multidimensional and therefore it is not affected by duality energy. When we evolve to a level where we are operating out of our spiritual self then we can rise above being affected by these opposites. This is a very empowering state of mind and it creates a permanent ‘inner peace’ that is not affected by the outside world. This state does not depend upon the flow of love; instead the flow of love becomes a by-product and therefore is totally unconditional.

Humanity is also being challenged to find peace. We see much chaos and disharmony when we look around the world so it is understandable that many people are skeptical about the possibility of any world peace in the near future. However, a change to the old structure or paradigm can be seen happening now. Science understands that when one structure gives away to another, there is a point when neither is in control. This is a point of chaos and it is always a part of the process of change although the length of its duration can vary greatly. We can expect to see more chaos as many changes start and continue to take place. The greater the chaos - the greater the potential for change. The more inner peace we have, the less we will be affected by the outside chaos.

How can we help the world find peace? First; we must focus on developing our own inner peace and then we are in a better position to share our love to help create peace in the rest of the world. The fear already exists and now we need the love to create the balance. Please be encouraged by the growing evidence that love is being generated on a massive scale and we are already having a huge positive impact on humanity even if it is not very obvious so far. We can win! The change to a new peace based paradigm (the golden age) is under way.

666

One of the fascinating aspects of prophesies is that they seem to be only truly understood once they have occurred. There are many different predictions associated with this current stage of human evolution. Some of these are positively exciting and others are frightfully negative. The Christian bible has many prophesies that are presumed to refer to this current time. The mystery number of 666 found in the New Testament is often referred to as the devils number, the symbol of the anti-Christ and man making himself God. It has also been described as having a hidden meaning or code within it and it is said that if we can decipher its meaning then we will have a clue as to the timing of the second coming of Christ - whatever we believe that to be.

Many people have tried to unravel the mystery of this number over time. It still remains a mystery to many although some claim to understand its meaning. There have been several recordings of people going into the mountains or to sacred places believing that on a certain hour the world as we know it, would end. They believed that their interpretations of the prophesies would come true. These specific dates have passed with nothing coming to fruition and all concerned have been left with red faces of embarrassment because they were wrong.

There is a lot of focus currently on the date in December 2012 as being when it will happen. This is because a major and very rare planetary line up is going to occur. Some of the interpretations of the ancient Mayan Calendar also point to this time in history as to when Humans will choose the direction of their future. There is no doubt in many people’s minds that the filling of a lot of the prophesies are taking place at the moment so therefore it is possible that 2012 could be the time for such an event. There is a mountain of information and interpretations on this subject both in book form and on the internet. The time seems to getting nearer and the fruit seems to be ripening, so to speak (one of the clues given to in the New Testament).

Applying some basic numerology principles to 666 provides more interesting data that may be very relevant to trying to predict this major consciousness shift. This form of numerology works on the principle of adding relevant numbers together to end up with a single digit. E.g. Adding the single digits of 1947 = 21. Add 2 + 1 = 3. Therefore a numerologist would use 3 to do a reading that involved the numbers of 1947. Now using this principle on 666 By adding 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 1+8 = 9 Even if we were to Multiply 6 x 6 x 6 = 216 6 x 6 = 36. 36 x 36 = 1296 added together = 18. 1+8 = 9 The year 2016 also adds up to 9. 2+0+1+6=9 All these combinations obviously finish in 9. What may seem just a coincidence may be a clue to the year 2016 because in numerology the number 9 is the number of ‘completion’ or the ‘end of a cycle’. The following year will be 2017 which will add up to the number 1. One represents the beginning of a new cycle. It is possible that 2016 is the date that many people are trying to unravel. The New Testament of the Bible has a book called ‘Revelations’. There is a strong emphasis on a final four year period mentioned in this book. It is predicted to be a very tumultuous time when there will be a major conversion of humans towards God’s ways.

There are actually three lots of events mentioned and they will take four years each. However, some biblical scholars believe that these 3 events could run side by side in the same four year period. It may be that 2012 will be the start of or the trigger point in which these prophesies will get activated. This sequence of events starting in 2012 is only a possibility but it nicely combines two major prophesies and gives an understanding to how they both could be accurate and without contradiction.

Some astrologists believe that 2016 / 17 will be a very significant years. The final 4 year period mentioned in Revelations is predicted to be a very cleansing time for humanity and therefore it makes sense that a major event would be needed to trigger the start. Maybe Dec. 2012 will be the trigger point. Astrology understands that planets have a huge affect on human consciousness and therefore; such a major planetary line up is likely to have a major effect.

Whether it is an ascension of some kind, a major consciousness shift, the second coming of Christ or something else; time will only tell.

The Feedback Loop

Uncovering our subconscious thought patterns We all have an inbuilt self-monitoring system that will tell us how positive and negative our ‘subconscious thoughts’ are. It is a tool that we can use to help us shake off the Karmic patterns that hold our spiritual evolution back. There are two fundamental factors that contribute to raising our vibrations. The first is the most popular and that is by becoming more positively aware and being more loving of ourselves and others. The other is shaking the ‘negative monkey off our back’ by healing the negativity and Karmic patterns of our life.

This Article is about dealing with the monkey! It is relatively easy to deal with negative conscious thought patterns simply because we are aware that they exist, but what about the subconscious ones. We create Subconscious thoughts at a far greater rate than we do our conscious and our future is directly affected by this same ratio. Thoughts create - thoughts are energy – energy always does cycles – thoughts will always come back to us in some shape form. The trick is to use the information that the returning energy is showing us. We will always be having positive and negative experiences. The positive side to the negative experience is that it is reflecting a thought pattern back to us. Many people struggle to see the depth of the information held in the experience; especially when it is emotionally painful.

Dealing with Negative information One way is to understand that our belief systems are generating the negative thoughts. We are not our Belief systems so therefore we do not need to identify our self worth by what we believe. Most of our ‘core beliefs’ are downloaded into our long term memory before we are four years old. This is before the age when we have the ability to reason. Therefore we have taken other people’s beliefs on and identified them as ours. Nothing is further from the truth; they are not ours so we do not need to feel guilty or a lesser person just because we have negative and faulty beliefs. It is paramount to realise that who we think we are, our perceptions and judgements about right and wrong come from the beliefs held in the long term memory. We are free to identify with them and claim them as our own but we can also realise that we are not our beliefs.

Do any of your beliefs cause confusion, conflict or pain? If they do then they do not serve your higher good. The highest truths will always have clarity and create harmony, balance and inner peace. We all need to clean out the closet containing unwanted beliefs. Capitalising on the ‘feedback loop’ We know that we are all creating subconscious negative thought patterns that come back to us. We also know that if they cause us any emotional pain, they must be reflecting a negative within us. Karmic freedom comes by monitoring our reaction to the incoming information and then capitalising on what it is showing us. There are two stages to our reactions. The first is the initial spontaneous uncontrolled response. I.e. anger or hurt. The second is the controlled response which cuts in once we have had time to consciously process how we want to respond.

The clue to our subconscious negative belief and it’s karma lies in the first response! This comes from our survival mode which is an automatic reaction that comes from our beliefs and perceptions. If the responses of the first and second stages are the same then it means that our subconscious and conscious thought patterns are the same. The first response often happens so quickly that we usually miss it because we have trained our self to suppress it . We need to practise becoming aware of it. The second response is the one that most people are familiar with and it often has more to do with how we want to be or be seen. It does not necessarily correspond to our deeper negative truth.

We can utilise this ‘feed back loop’ by self monitoring our initial response to uncover our hidden negative beliefs. It is very helpful to remember that we are not our beliefs so we don’t need to feel bad about having them. Feeling guilty or a lesser person because of our negatives gives them power over us.

We need to own them but not identify our self worth by them. Our spiritual freedom comes with rising above them and not fearing or suppressing them. As I have pointed out in previous articles; Beliefs can be changed!

The Crossroads

We may be a technically advanced civilisation but our spiritual awareness has not advanced at the same rate. We are at the crossroads once again, a time where our technology has the capability to destroy our very existence because our spiritual consciousness has not kept up with it. Humans have been at this point before and there are many ancient writings and symbolisms that attest to this .

The big question is; Will we repeat the patterns of self destruction that is recorded in our ancient teachings - we are about to write history once again. The divide between those who believe that civilisation is about to destroy itself and those who scoff at the idea is widening. There is also a deepening of the divide between those who believe we are about to go through a major shift in our consciousness and those who don’t. No matter who is right one thing is for sure – the lines are being drawn and people are being challenged into making a choice about what they believe.

The hidden negative side of the human race is being exposed as well. It is getting increasingly difficult for people and organisations to hide the information that they don’t want others to know about.  There currently seems to be an explosion of exposure of the many cover-ups; from the Catholic Church cover-up of the sexual abuse by some of its priests to funds mismanagement by corporate bosses through to lies and deceit by our celebrities including our sports stars.

The major exposure of the corruption that underlies our financial systems and economies. The list of exposures goes on and it seems that anybody who has misused their authority may be challenged to come clean. This exposure is painting a pretty grim picture of our so called civilised world...........so why is all this exposure happening now?

One of the reasons is the current increase of the vibration energy of our solar system. It seems that we are passing through the higher density energy of the photon belt as predicted to happen at this time. With it comes the strengthening or intensifying of the positive and negative energies. This means that their polarities are also intensifying. As these positive and negative energies become stronger they become harder to control and therefore it becomes increasingly more difficult to control their effect on us. It becomes more difficult to keep a lid on the negative energy contained in the lies found in our dark secrets. They are becoming exposed for all to see whether we like it or not. As the positive and negative energies increase so do their associated energies of Love and Fear. They are becoming more polarised and so the line or difference between the two is becoming more obvious. When our beliefs become more polarised the opposing positions become more extreme and highlighted. For example; an attitude of indifference will give away to a definite ‘YES’ or ‘NO’. People will know which side you are on, but more importantly – so will you. It is going to become almost impossible to ‘sit on the fence’ of indifference having no opinion at all.

This increase in the polarities of positive and negative energy will continue over the next few years and so the division between the two will also increase. As this divide broadens it will be become more obvious which side of the chasm we are on. The increase in the amplitude or impact of the positive and negative energies will occur within our field as well as on a planetary scale. Any fears that we may not admit to or even recognise will intensify and eventually surface therefore we will not be able to deny their existence any more.

We may think things like; “what is happening to me, I used to be able to control my emotions or anger”. The rage and violence that is surfacing in our society and the way grown men are openly crying are two prime examples of this. The statement; ‘Big boys don’t cry’ is a thing of the past thanks to people like Bob Hawk. In fact, shedding a tear is so in vogue amongst our prominent males that it is hard to know whether they are genuine or only capitalising on a chance to win some cheap support! This sort of non-macho behaviour was almost non-existent 3 decades ago.

It will be impossible to remain ‘Luke Warm’ because as the positive and negative polarities gather power so will their intensity and thus the difference between the two will become more obvious. You will know whether you are ‘Hot or Cold’. This is actually a positive because it will take away any confusion that someone may have about interpreting their own feelings and beliefs. For example; you may think that you are at peace with a particular aspect of your life when you actually have a deep fear that you have suppressed long ago. This fear now lays hidden deep in your subconscious so you are totally oblivious to its existence. You may say things like “I am ok”, “it does not affect me” or “I have dealt with and healed that issue or fear long ago”. You may not have got to the bottom of the issue or you may even be in some sort of self denial. If it is still a hidden negative then its intensity will increase. This will cause any deep hidden negatives and fears to rise into your conscious mind for you to address and heal them.

Any Karma in your field will also get played out in increasingly stronger cycles until you deal with them. I find this very exciting because it gives me a wonderful chance to clean out the closet of any negatives that may hold me back from further spiritual growth. This opportunity for growth has not happened for thousands of years. Many people believe that we are on brink of a major consciousness shift. It does not matter what you believe, whether it is in the second coming of Christ, a shift into a higher dimension, ascension or whatever – the preparation is just the same. We need to get ourselves ready for whatever happens to be able to give ourselves the best chance to be able to go with the change.

My personal view on what may happen has changed many times as I gain more knowledge on the subject. I now believe that there will be a major shift in the vibration energy flow that will positively affect earth and her inhabitants. How and when this occurs and what form it will take is totally open to conjecture. I have seen several predictions and interpretations of prophesies on this subject pass without coming to fruition. Many people are now focusing on the year 2012 as the time for ascension. There is no doubt that the world is in turmoil at the moment and the evidence supporting this timing of such an event is building. The one thing that all predictions have in common is that as we build up to this is change there will be an increase in the chaos that the human race will experience. That seems to be happening more and more.

I believe that the positive out of all this is the golden opportunity we have to re-evaluate our positive and negative belief systems and their associated affects on our emotions and well being. One of the main negative areas to be addressed is our karma because it cannot ascend to a higher dimension. From this perspective we may be able to see that this polarisation of the energies is not only positive but very necessary for the human race. These can be very negative, torrid times or very positive wonderful times for self-exploration. The choice is yours!

Our Belief Systems

Our beliefs have a great influence on our level of consciousness and spirituality. How we perceive life and our judgements about what is right and wrong come from or at least are heavily influenced by our core belief systems.

I mentioned in an earlier article in this series that most of our core beliefs are down loaded into our memory banks by the time we are four years old, before we are old enough to decide for ourselves. Therefore most of these beliefs are not our own but are from other people. It doesn't matter whether they were right or wrong, if they served our higher good or not, once they were lodged in our long term memory they became our truth. We need our beliefs because they are an essential part of the human function. Our perceptions are drawn from our beliefs. What we believe is our truth but it is not necessarily the highest truth!

A problem arises when we identify who we are by what we believe because if our beliefs are challenged then we feel challenged. If our self identity is threatened in any way we usually go into self-defence which is an action of the survival mode part of our brain. When this happens there is very little chance of change. People generally defend their beliefs and they can get very angry if these beliefs are challenged. They can feel attacked even if someone else is only expressing another point of view. This self identity with our beliefs causes many conflicts from inter personal levels through to international levels. One of the greatest obstacles to our spiritual evolution is our inability to allow our beliefs to be continually challenged and if necessary be changed for the better. This is not an easy exercise because old habits and beliefs die hard. We have to allow our beliefs to be reviewed regularly if we want to raise our consciousness. If a core belief is proved to be wrong we can have very strong reactions such as feeling a lesser person, stupid, a failure and a host of other negatives.

One classic example of the friction caused different beliefs is between religions. Let us use Christianity as an example. In the community where I grew up, the two main Christian churches were Anglican and Catholic and both had strong followings. I grew up in an Anglican family but I had many friends who were Catholics. We used to debate the different doctrines but because of our strong beliefs there was no way we could see the common ground found in the bigger picture. A picture where we both worshiped the same God and believed in Jesus Christ. A picture which should create understanding and harmony. These two local church communities tried to project a united front but behind the scene there was a lot of disharmony over their different beliefs. To me this seemed a huge hypocrisy but to these people they were only defending their beliefs. Both denominations believed that they were right and the other was wrong. There was a lot of rivalry between the two groups and this helped create deep divisions. Sadly, never the twain shall meet and many will leave this planet believing that they were right, even to the extent their beliefs should never be questioned. Ironically, both sides believed that their truth was the right one. I need to mention that there were a lot of loving spiritual people with honourable intentions found in these religions. This illustrates the dilemma that is caused when our beliefs are so set in stone that we lose the ability to see a bigger picture.

During my latter teenage years I started to question my religious beliefs because of the contradictory elements found in them. First; I had to own that I was a hypocrite with beliefs which had many faults. Secondly; I realised that it was not me but my beliefs that were faulty and hypocritical and that I wasn't necessarily bad person because I had bad beliefs. Third; if I am not my beliefs then I could change them any time I chose. If we can think from our higher self then we can observe and review the beliefs of our ego self.

We can accommodate other points of view and truths without feeling threatened. As we gather more information we not only build a bigger picture but we see the bigger picture. It is very freeing for the soul if we can let go of our self identity being associated with our beliefs. It is said that ‘the truth will set us free’. On the other hand it is our own lesser truths that hold us back. Exercise You will always experience inner peace and harmony if your truth is the highest truth. Therefore when your truth is being challenged, monitor your reaction. If you have any negative reaction at all then you will need to open your mind up to the possibility of change.

Human Empowerment

There are three stages of growth that humans go through as we spiritually evolve –
1. Groups controlled by their hierarchy - the stage that people experience most of the time.
2. Finding our individuality and self empowerment.
3. Mastering the responsibility and challenges that come with self empowerment.

1. Groups controlled by their hierarchy. Many of us can relate to the feeling of being controlled or disempowered. Most organisations have a hierarchical system of control and most societies accept and operate under this regime. This system has a pyramid style structure where the bulk of its members are on the bottom tier and one person at the top. The direction of the structure is controlled or heavily influenced by the top person and so they hold most of, if not, all of the responsibility and power. Each tier below has less power and responsibility. The bottom tier has the least power and responsibility. In order for an individual to be a part of this organisation, they need to abide by its rules no matter what their personal opinions are. In other words, they often give their personal power away to be a part of a bigger system. Nearly all organisations operate under this hierarchical structure. In return its members feel a sense of belonging coupled with feelings of safety and security. Families, religions, corporations, political parties, businesses, committees are some examples of the hierarchical structure found first stage.

2. Finding our individuality and self empowerment. This is a very freeing stage but it has its positives and negatives. When we leave the hierarchical structure in order to experience our individuality in life where we make our own decisions, we often make many mistakes. This is mainly because we are not trained to handle the responsibility that comes with this new found freedom. We see our teenagers struggle as they break away from the family structure in order to find their own path through life. With no one telling them what to do and what the rules are, they are free to experience life however they want. Many are not equipped with the responsibility that is required with this new found freedom. Thus teenage years are often both exciting and emotionally painful. We see people who leave organisations because of differing goals and opinions, only to find that the organisation’s members reject them. We see this example in some extreme religions. There are those who leave a larger business structure to start their own small business. Unfortunately, a very high percentage fail with in the first two years. We can readily see the positives but not so clearly see the negatives that come with this second stage. This stage can be very challenging. So what do we do if we are struggling to come to terms with this new found freedom – we can go back to stage one but that may seem a backward step. We can also review our mistakes and take on the challenge of the responsibility that is now required to rise above them. This commitment to go self responsible will propel us into the third and most exciting stage where we learn to master our life.

3. Mastering the responsibility and challenges that come with self empowerment. Because life is about learning from our experiences to gain more spiritual wisdom, it would be very rare, if not impossible, for anyone to evolve to this level without going through the first two stages. We learn that we are powerful co-creators that have been totally creating everything that happens in our life and that we are solely responsible for our destiny. Blaming others or things seemingly outside of our control , is replaced with recognition and complete ownership of our own creations. Once we understand how we create everything in our life then we can move to the level of consciousness where we realise that we can not only create what we want, but also change the aspects of our life that we don’t like. This level of consciousness requires commitment and discipline and is not a ‘quick fix’ project. It is steady work as we continuously review our self. When we identify and heal one negative belief, we often expose a deeper underlying cause. The higher we climb, the less people above us to show us the way. It is a wonderful thing to become a positive thinker and develop a deep connection with our creator but we still must cleanse our field of any hidden deep negative beliefs and fears.

We must all get to the point where we recognise that we are masters of our own destiny and spiritual evolution. We can return to being a member of a group (group consciousness) but this time we won’t give our power away to the group. Whether it is this life or a future one, we will all become masters of our life as we continue our journey back to the Oneness where we all started.

Exercise one of the best ways to identify a hidden negative belief system is by self observation. Whenever we have a negative emotional reaction to anything, it must reflect a negative belief within us. It is impossible to activate something that is not there. If we experience any form of hurt or anger from something someone says or does then it must be triggering a negative from within. Remember that this negative comes from a belief and we can change any belief that does not serve us. Although It is achievable, it takes commitment to cleanse some deep negative beliefs and we often need outside help to expose them. We may even get confused about what is right or wrong for us. It may help us to remember that the ’ultimate truths will always create harmony’ therefore anything less must be a lesser truth.

Thoughts Creating our future

Scientific research shows us that all creation is made up of units of energy called ‘particles’. When enough of certain particles accrue or come together an atom is formed. We know that matter is fundamentally made up of atoms therefore it stands to reason that the world is made up of energy units. In fact everything that exists is some form of energy.

Humans must also be forms of energy. Our thoughts are forms of energy as well. We know that once energy is formed it lasts forever. We can change its form by transforming or transmuting it into something else but it is still some form of energy. An example of this is when we freeze water into ice – they are different forms of the same energy (H2O). Likewise, with our thoughts, because they are energy they will last forever.

However, we can change their form by transmuting them into another form. We can take a negative thought and transmute it into a positive. Thoughts and creation: Creation happens through a three part process of ‘Thought – Word – Deed.’ We all use this process every time we create something. It can be anything from making a cake or a piece of furniture to building a skyscraper or a successful career and everything in between. Here is an example of how it works - Stage 1- The Thought: First we have an idea or thought about building something. Stage 2 – The Word: We think or talk about how we plan to create the end product. This adds more power to the original thought. Stage 3 – The Deed: We make the product and thus bring it into reality (the manifestation of the original thought). It is important to understand that all three stages are necessary to create anything. We create everything in our life, including our future, using the same process. Therefore our current positive and negative thoughts are creating future outcomes. The more powerful those thought patterns are, the more they affect our future. An example; It will be very difficult for someone to create wealth in their life if they have deep fear based subconscious thoughts about being poverty stricken. This is because their conscious and subconscious thoughts will be in conflict. Alternately, someone with a positive subconscious attitude towards money will be able to create wealth much easier simply because their conscious and subconscious thoughts are working together.

Conscious and subconscious thoughts: We are having conscious and subconscious thoughts all the time. Our subconscious thoughts are happening at a far greater rate than our conscious thoughts and therefore our subconscious thoughts have the most influence over our future. We can see from this where the problem lays.
We are not aware of the majority of negatives that are creating our future because they are getting processed at a subconscious level. We only become aware of them when they manifest into our life. Most people don’t realise that they are the cause of their own problems and look elsewhere for the answers, quite often blaming someone else for causing it. It makes sense that if we are not happy with an aspect of our life then we will most likely find its cause hidden in our subconscious. So how do we know what the negative is? There are two main ways that we can do this. First; we need to observe our feelings and emotions because they will tell us the truth about what is really going on inside of us. For example; we might think that we are O’K with some situation but at the same time we may be feeling anxious about it. The anxiety will tell us that we are not really O’K with it regardless of what we are thinking. Second; observe how we react to the negatives of those around us. For example; if we react by getting angry at what another person says then we know that they have triggered a negative within us. In other words, people can only trigger a negative if it exists within us. It is impossible to trigger something that is not there. We often blame others for hurting us or making us angry but we don’t realise that we must also have an issue if we negatively react. When we have healed our own issue then we will see their anger but we will not negatively react to it. It takes a lot of self awareness to recognise and then to be able to change or override a deep negative subconscious thought pattern. Exercise:

Changing negative thoughts to positive ones. Think of something that annoys you or a situation where you felt hurt. Instead of suppressing it like we normally do, allow yourself to feel the negative – own it but don’t fear it – observe it. Now think of how you want to be and feel the positive emotion that comes with it. Concentrate on how great this feels and make the feeling as strong as possible.
**Now bring up the negative and its feeling again and hold it for approx 15 seconds then say to yourself; “I now let this negative feeling go and I now replace it with...............” – think of the positive and the associated feeling for approx 15 seconds - the stronger the feeling the better. Repeat the exercise ** several times and you will notice that the negative will start to dissipate as the positive starts to replace it. Keep repeating until the negative feeling disappears and you feel good.

When we don’t fear the negative it loses its power over us and when we embrace the positive we regain our power. By replacing the negative with the positive, we are actually reprogramming our belief system. Emotion is the most important factor in this exercise by far. This is because the more emotion we have, the more we will erase the old and imprint the new information into our memory and thus become our new truth.

Consciousness and Spiritual growth

Our own personal level of Consciousness determines and reflects how spiritually evolved we are. On the bigger scale, the consciousness of the human race does the same.

If this is the case then it will be very beneficial for people to understand how this state of mind can be measured. Our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, are where the understanding lies. Fortunately, we all have a very powerful and accurate inbuilt feedback system that tells us how spiritually evolved our thoughts are and therefore, how evolved we are. During the 1970’s and 1980’s, a movement opened up in the western world; a movement associated with free loving and drugs. These people were labelled as the ‘Hippies’ and some of them went around with flowers in their hair and thus the slogan ‘Flower Power’ was born. Little did we know at the time that this rebellion against the norm was going to change the way we looked at ourselves and life in general. It was a time when the old structure of conforming to the rules of acceptable social behaviour and traditions were challenged by the fledgling ‘New Age Movement.’ This period was going to change the consciousness of the western world forever.

When one structure gives way to an incoming new structure, there is a period when neither structure has control, thus a period of chaos is involved. We are currently in that state of chaos. Choices will be made that will either propel society through to the new higher level of consciousness or return it to the older and more familiar level that some people cling to through fear based attitudes and decisions.
Regardless of what choices society makes, we as individuals will also make our own choices that will create the same outcomes. Fortunately, those outcomes will not be affected by what society decides because we are all individual beings who can create our own future. Quantum physicists understand this chaos phase very well. In this case, a lower level of consciousness is giving way to a higher level. Many people, particularly those who are in their eighties and nineties, still struggle to see anything positive with this change. This is because we are still in the transition period that causes the chaos.

However, there are some of us that see where this is all heading. We see a very exciting new age unfolding – an age of equality and freedom never before seen on planet earth. This major shift in consciousness will create a new and higher level of love and harmony for those of us willing to go with the flow and change with the momentum that is currently building. There are also those who want to hang onto the old fear based survival paradigm which causes division and is the root of most of the wars. I am a great believer that there is light at the end of the tunnel; a time of great rewards for those prepared to do the hard yards in order to keep up with the change.

What do we need to do? We need to work on our own personal level of consciousness so that it stays in tune with the rhythm of change that is affecting the whole planet. How do we do that? We first need to understand our own conscious and subconscious thought patterns which create our future. We then need to become aware of those patterns through self observation using a very raw level of self honesty to uncover the real truth about ourselves. This exercise of self observation is very confronting but it is the crux to the change that will give you your freedom. This is an inner journey, not an outward one. Thoughts are energy and energy can be measured by its vibration. How aware we are of our thoughts on all levels directly affects our overall level of awareness. In turn, our level of awareness has a direct affect on our level of consciousness.
Our level of spiritual growth is tied to our level of consciousness. Therefore we can see that there is a direct link between our thoughts and our level of spirituality via this chain. This connection cannot be separated!

Thoughts – Awareness – Consciousness-Vibration – Spirituality A series of future articles will explore subjects such as how our thoughts both affect and reflect our level of consciousness and therefore our spiritual growth. This is a very practical approach which is influenced by, but not tied to, science and its understanding of the processes of thought energy and how it creates our future and level of spirituality.
