Rising above life's challenges

Most people see life’s experiences as either positive or negative. These two opposite polarities provide us with very distinctive points of reference. I.e. something is either one or the other. These two opposites exist in the reality of our third dimension experiences. There is another way of perceiving these different levels of experience. We can discard the positive / negative approach and see our experiences as either; a challenge or not. When using this concept we would see negatives as something to rise above rather than something that is a burden or to be avoided. We would see a confronting situation as a challenge rather than being negative about it. Seeing it as a negative creates a negative charge within our energy field. Negative energy draws on and drains our positive energy.

We often use a lot of positive energy to counteract any negative energy that we generate with our minds. Negative thoughts are continuously having an effect on our vibration and therefore having a direct affect on our spirit self. The third dimension reality not only contains duality thinking; it also contains choice and free will. Most people find it easier to make judgments and choices if things are perceived from opposite polarities. I.e. Love and fear, right and wrong, true or false, black and white etc. For example; it is easy to make a judgment about when it is daytime or night time. Most people would define the point of change as when the sun comes up and goes down. That example fits nicely into the duality concept of opposites because it is either one or the other. Now let us look at dusk and dawn in relation to night time. Dusk and dawn are opposite to each other but they are not the opposites of night time. They are not so easy to define because there is no specific point when dusk turns into night or when night turns into dawn. The lines between the different stages are not black and white; they include shades of grey. It requires a higher level of understanding or consciousness to be able to comprehend because there are no longer any specific or defining points of reference.

Now let us look at the predicament our legal system would be in without duality thinking. This system is based on the opposite polarities of right and wrong. Imagine if the judges had to make a judgment on the point when night officially changes into dawn. There would always be differing opinions; no matter what decision they made. This sort of situation highlights how difficult it can be for humans to make arbitrary rulings without using the concept of opposite polarities. The higher dimensions or levels of consciousness exist in a triune energy field where opposites do not exist. E.g. right and wrong are replaced with levels of truth. Nobody is right or wrong anymore; they are only expressing their level of truth which reflects their level of consciousness. This higher consciousness allows for compassion and for a place of non judgment. Judgment is replaced with the understanding that a person is only expressing their truth experienced on that level of consciousness. Higher consciousness can accommodate more variables and different perspectives because nothing is right or wrong anymore. It is far easier to apply compassion to someone when you understand that they are doing the best that they can from their level of consciousness. If we can help them raise their consciousness then we can help them gain a higher perspective and then they will be in a better position to make higher choices and decisions. Even though these higher choices would be beneficial to the person, their decisions would not be right; they would only be expressing a higher truth. This gets us away from the problem of the other person being wrong if we are right; or visa-versa.

It is a lot easier to see the difficulties that we face if we see them as challenges rather than negatives. It is even more so when we use the higher perspective of levels of truth because nothing is right or wrong anymore. We can choose to accept the difficulties as they are, we can avoid them, we can submit to them or we can face the challenge to overcome them. Our spiritual growth is greatly influenced by our ability to go responsible for our journey, take charge of our life and rise above our challenges. It is a lot easier to rise above a situation or overcome a problem once we understand how we created it in the first place. However; it is often hard to understand how we created some of these negative situations and we can sometimes use a lot of energy by being preoccupied with unraveling the mystery. It is often easier to find the answers once we rise above the challenges and look back from a place of positivity and mastery.
